The employees are all very efficient. The hotel rooms are neat and brand-new with excellent mattress as well as clean bathroom.

I had spacious impressive room with central heating, multi-channel TV and a microwave. The bed was exceptionally comfortable; and there was a bath. The location was awesome, a 10-15 minute walk from Boulevard Mall. And it was also so close to supermarkets.

Everyone was amiable and very attentive. The setting was marvellous, near restaurants and shops, the mall and other shopping areas, and bus stop. Also, we visited Boulevard Mall❤

Recommend this place and would love to come back here some time. Its location was marvellous and nice, near shops, and the mall. It also was to the Falls. The most important was the staff - amiable and amicable people.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

I would happily go back again, truly enjoyed its location, no complaints. I would say it's excellent base for staying and exploring Tonawanda. The setting is favourable and marvellous, near to other shopping areas, mall and bus stop and the Airport.

the property's location was marvellous, by the airport. the queen room was tidy and impressive with clean bathroom, microwave. the stuff was amicable and gave us great advices.

Clean & fresh smelling unit, pleasant and responsive staff, great location near mall and bus stop, EXCELLENT heating and AC. On-site car park, 24-hour reception, flat-screen TV, free wi-fi. No pets allowed. Second stay for us.

I only wish the room was cleaned we only received clean towels and garbage Thr bathroom wasn't cleaned and beds were not made

Great location with plenty of nearby food chains. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Perfect for budget travelers.
